How can I place an order ?
You may place an order either via the website, telephone, email or at a workshop. All our products are currently in stock.
How do I know my order has been placed?
When you click on ‘submit order’ you will get a 'thank you' notice to say that your order has been placed. Once we have received your order we will confirm via email within 48 hours (Tuesday following a Friday/Weekend/Bank Holiday. If you do not hear from us, please do drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org No payment will be made on checkout - please scroll down for information on how to pay for your order.
How can I pay for my order?
To procide a variety of options for customers to pay and the flexibility to order off both our websites to combine delivery and/or collect orders no money is taken on checkout. You may pay for your order via cheque, bank transfer or cash
For any out of stock items we will take an advance order for the next shipment and will contact you to arrange payment when the shipment arrives.
Can I place an order by phone?

How long does it take before you ship my order?
Our aim is to ship within 2 working days. It may take upto 21 days if we are awaiting a shipment, should this be the case we will keep you informed. We thank all our customers for their patience and understanding in this matter.
How will stock be allocated to advance orders of 'out of stock' products?
Many of you have already shared you are just as excited as we are so rest assured, as soon as templates get low in stock we will get another shipment underway. We aim to always have stock but we appreciate your patience as it is not easy to know which templates are going to fly out the door! We will contact you just as soon as any out of stock products you have ordered arrive. Alternatively you may call us to check stock availability before placing your order. All stock are currently allocated to the website inventory, it is therefore possible stock may be allocated to an emailed, telephone order or workshop order and may not have been removed from the website. If this is the case we will inform you and let you know how soon it will be back in stock.
How often do you send newsletters/updates?
We usually send a newsleter once a month with all our updates. Occassionally we have additional announcements, but we try to avoid sending unnecessary emails! We also update the blog and facebook page (Craft Memories - Lea France UK) regularly with information.
Help! I'm having a problem placing my order, what should I do?
