How can I place an order ?
You may place an order either via the website, telephone, email or at a workshop.
How do I know my order has been placed?
When you click on ‘submit order’ you will get a 'thank you' notice to say that your order has been placed. Once we have received your order we will confirm via email within 48 hours (Tuesday/Wednesday following a Friday/Weekend/Bank Holiday. If you do not hear from us, please do drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org No payment will be made on checkout - please scroll down for information on how to pay for your order.
How can I pay for my order?
To procide a variety of options for customers to pay and the flexibility to order off both our websites to combine delivery and/or collect orders no money is taken on checkout. You may pay for your order via cheque, bank transfer or cash
For any out of stock items we will take an advance order for the next shipment and will contact you to arrange payment when the shipment arrives.
Can I place an order by phone?

How long does it take before you ship my order?
Our aim is to ship within 2 working days.
How often do you send newsletters/updates?
We usually send a newsleter once a month with all our updates. Occassionally we have additional announcements, but we try to avoid sending unnecessary emails! We also update the blog and facebook page (Craft Memories - Lea France UK) regularly with information.
Help! I'm having a problem placing my order, what should I do?
